Good Morning is a personalized caffeine and spending tracker app. An article written by Forbes states that “young adults between the ages of 18-34 budget their money more than any other age group and are the most conscious about how much they spend”. That being said, the app will make it easier for this demographic to get coffee faster and save money while doing it. Other apps do not allow for as much personalization as Good Morning does. The app allows you to customize your drink preferences down to dietary restrictions and record drinks in the journal feature. In addition to the app, there is a tutorial video explaining the benefits the app provides. The social media page for the brand will have a link to the video and the app. The social media page connects all marketing materials and promotes the app in a fun way that engages with consumers. The overall goal is to help the user save money and find the perfect cup of coffee in the most efficient way.

Prototype Usability Test

Tasks asked to perform: Go to the filters tab and add the filters of having a drive through, cost of the coffee, and a dairy substitute. Then search a coffee shop and add a cup of coffee to the journal. Finally, go to journal and see the total caffeine level and money spent for that day.
